Terms of Use
Effective October 18, 2026
About linker.tools
linker.tools (the "Service") is operated by x.com/boppleton ("we", "us"). It generates link previews ("cards") that let a web page chosen by the person sharing a link appear as an embedded player on X and other platforms. We do not host, create, review, or control the pages people link to. By using the Service, including by creating, sharing, or viewing a linker.tools link, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.
Third-party content
Every page embedded or reached through the Service belongs to a third party. It loads directly from that third party's servers, and their own terms and privacy policies apply. We don't endorse, verify, or take responsibility for any third-party content, including its accuracy, safety, legality, or availability. You interact with it at your own risk.
Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to link to, embed, or promote content that is illegal or facilitates illegal activity; sexually exploits or endangers minors; contains malware, phishing, or deceptive downloads, or tries to collect credentials or payment information under false pretenses; infringes anyone's copyright, trademark, or other rights; harasses, threatens, or impersonates anyone; or violates the rules of the platform where you share it. You also may not try to disrupt, overload, or bypass the security of the Service, or use it to disguise where a link leads in order to mislead people.
Reporting links and copyright notices
To report a link that violates these Terms, email bitcopters@gmail.com with the full linker.tools link and the reason. We may block any domain, URL from the Service at any time, for any reason, without notice.
If you believe a link infringes your copyright, send a notice to bitcopters@gmail.com that includes: your physical or electronic signature; identification of the copyrighted work; the linker.tools link and the location of the material you say is infringing; your contact information; a statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law; and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for the owner. Because linked material is hosted by a third party, you may also want to send your notice to that host.
No affiliation
linker.tools is an independent project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by X Corp., Microsoft Corporation, or any other company. X is a trademark of X Corp., Windows is a trademark of Microsoft Corporation, and all other trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Disclaimer of warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any card will display correctly.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service or any third-party content reached through it. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed US $50. Some jurisdictions don't allow these limitations, so they may not fully apply to you.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from links you create or share, the content they point to, or your violation of these Terms.
Changes and termination
We may change, suspend, or discontinue the Service, or update these Terms, at any time. The effective date above shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the Service after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located there, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
